Whether you are building a new house, remodeling an existing house, adding a room, or constructing a wall here is the information you need to get started.

The goal of the Architectural Committee is to review and return plans within 10 business days. They will do their best to make this happen (notwithstanding unforeseeable reasons for delay). Please note: If there is required information that is missing or incorrect on the submitted plans approval will be delayed until the plans are corrected.

In this document you will find information regarding building requirements. This includes construction of a new house, major and minor revision of an existing structure, a garage, a room addition, and/or a wall.
This document has information you will need to complete before your plans are submitted for review. It also has information your Contractor/Engineer/Architect will need to include in the plans to be submitted.

It can be hard to believe that at one time the only electric power in Playa Encanto was from solar or generators. Thanks to the efforts led by Jack Hall we all can enjoy underground electric power.
