About PENCA

PENCA, the Playa Encanto Neighborhood Civil Association, is the not-for-profit organization that provides services, guidance and activities for the residents and property owners of Playa Encanto. PENCA is led by a Board of Directors composed of volunteers elected by the community.

The Bylaws, CC&Rs and other documents provide the rules, regulations and guidelines for the governance of the community helping ensure that Playa Encanto is a safe, clean and attractive place to live and play.

Services provided by PENCA include Security, Trash pickup, Road maintainance, Building Oversite and Community Projects among others.

The beach at Playa Encanto is said to be the finest beach in the Puerto Penasco area and offers miles of smooth sand. The Estero Marua estuary is a protected sanctuary that is home to a wide variety of birds and animals. Please remember to keep the entire area clean so all can enjoy it.
